1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Registerly website or our Discord services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Domain Registration Services

Registerly acts as an intermediary for domain registration. All registrations are subject to the policies of the respective TLD registries and ICANN.

• Users must provide accurate registration information to avoid suspension.
• We support over 567+ domain extensions.
• All registrations are processed with a 2-minute average setup goal.

3. Administration & Access

To maintain security and stability at our current scale, domain administration follows a managed model:

• DNS Management: Full control over DNS records is provided through Cloudflare.
• Nameservers: Direct access to change nameservers is currently restricted. You must contact our staff via Discord to update nameservers for you.
• Roadmap: We are actively developing a user panel that will grant you full, direct access to all domain management features.

4. Pricing and Payments

Our pricing model is simple: we provide domain extensions at exactly 50% off standard market rates.

• Accepted Methods: PayPal and Cryptocurrency (BTC, LTC, SOL, ETH, BNB, USDT, USDC, and more).
• Loyalty Discounts: Accounts achieving Silver, Gold, or Diamond status earn additional discounts of up to 15%.
• Bulk Discount: Extra 5% off for orders of 3 or more domains.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our domain services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Phishing, malware distribution, or deceptive practices.
• Copyright infringement or distribution of unlicensed materials.
• Content involving illegal substances, violence, or exploitation.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any credentials provided for domain management (e.g., Cloudflare access).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Registerly, its staff, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of a registered domain or violation of these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." Registerly does not guarantee that domain registrations will be successful if certain extensions are restricted or that external third-party services (like registries or Cloudflare) will always be operational.

9. Limitation of Liability

Registerly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our domain services.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services, including domain management, immediately and without notice, for any violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Registerly operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. User Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental consent where applicable). Our services are not intended for children under 13.
