1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of domain registrations, all sales are considered final once the registration process has been initiated with the registry.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested within our Discord server if:

  • The requested domain was unavailable at the time of purchase.
  • Duplicate payments were accidentally received for the same invoice.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Due to our deep 50% discount model, we have zero tolerance for refund abuse:

  • Successfully registered domains (Registries do not refund us).
  • Domains already delivered to your Cloudflare account.
  • Cryptocurrency network fees (Gas/Transaction fees).

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please open a General Support ticket in our Discord server. Our staff will review your case within 24-48 hours.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks are strictly prohibited:

  • Opening a PayPal/Bank dispute before contacting us results in an immediate permanent ban.
  • Any domains associated with a disputed charge will be immediately suspended or terminated.
  • We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to relevant payment processors and registries.
