Discord Terms.

Last Updated: March 17, 2026

1. Conduct & Behavior

Our Discord server is a professional environment. We expect all users to be respectful.

  • No harassment or hate speech.
  • No spamming or self-promotion.
  • Follow instructions provided by staff members.
  • Zero Tolerance: Harassment of staff or other users regarding payments or domain status result in an immediate ban.

2. Ticket Usage

Our ticket system is the only official channel for domain delivery and support.

  • Auto-Closure: Inactive tickets are automatically closed after 48 hours.
  • SLA Goals: We aim for a response time under 30 minutes and full resolution within 24 hours.
  • Ticket Limit: Users may have a maximum of 5 open tickets simultaneously.

3. Restricted Commerce

To protect our users and the integrity of the platform:

  • The sale or trading of domains, accounts, or services between users is strictly prohibited within the server.
  • All transactions must occur through official Registerly channels.
  • Registerly is not responsible for any losses incurred from unauthorized third-party "deals" conducted in DMs.

4. Roles & Loyalty Program

Loyalty roles (Silver, Gold, Diamond, Contributor) grant specific perks and discounts.

  • Roles are a privilege, not a right.
  • We reserve the right to revoke any role or associated discount if a user violates these Discord Terms or the main Terms of Service.
  • Role-stacking or sharing accounts to exploit discounts is prohibited.

5. Staff Authority

Staff decisions regarding server moderation, role assignments, and ticket resolutions are final. We reserve the right to restrict access to anyone violating these rules.

6. Privacy and Security

Do not share sensitive passwords or credentials in public channels. Staff will only ask for registration-related data (like email) within private tickets.
